In relation to the BA strike dates planned for 18th May to 9th June 2010, ACE's position on claims received in connection with disruption to holidays as a result of these strikes is detailed below.
If travel was booked and a policy bought:
before 10th May 2010 - full standard policy cover applies.
on or after 10th May 2010 - there will be no cover for any claim arising as a result of these strikes.
