Q - Are there any situations that aren't covered?
A - There are some exclusions with the cover and full details are provided in the Policy Wording but the main ones are as follows:
- You will need to let us know before you incur legal expenses or loss of income costs so that we can agree to these and confirm the correct course of action.
- This is a personal policy so any losses that arise out of business activity won’t be covered.
- Claims which exceed the total benefit amount in any 12 month period.

Q - Would a claim be affected by any other payments I might receive?
A - No, absolutely not. In fact, all benefits paid under this insurance are in addition to any other insurance you may have. They won't be affected by payments from any other insurance policy or state entitlements.
